From my trip to the Canary Islands I brought back a lot of great impressions and on El Hierro I met a lot of wonderful people. One of them is Sabine Rahtjen with her goat farm where she produces marvelous tasting goat cheese. I had the chance to take some beautiful images there. Please visit her page haus.finca-la-paz.com. El Hierro is a quiet island with a great landscape. If you can, you should plan your next holidays there. Very inspirational.
And, Sabine also offers massages I can only recommend for everyone (as you can see in the picture :))
The music is from Torsten de Winkel whom I’ve also met there and who allowed me to use the wonderful music of his latest Bimbache CD (bimbache.info) which is all recorded on the island.
I hope you enjoy the video!
P.S. I will soon update my gallery and add my photographs taken on the islands.
It’s already been some time since my last entry, but I got two good excuses First, I had to prepare my first exhibition at Zingg-Lamprecht in Zurich, Switzerland, and second, the day after I took off to some extensive travels through Germany. Now I am happy to present you some more pictures from my shooting with Michael Boner. Enjoy!
I am happy to present my new music video for the fantastic Marvin Guitarduo. You might have also seen my pictures from Michael Boner. This video shows him together with his other half Pascal Piller from the project „Marvin Guitarduo“.
The shooting was a lot of fun and I hope you enjoy the result!

Hi folks, this is my first blog and the start of my journey to the Canary Islands. It is also my first trip only dedicated to photography and improving and honing my skills. This is basically what this trip is about and I will go with the flow as experiences and situations will present themselves to me. I started on the island of Tenerife last week, just to arrive in time for one of the heaviest rainfalls and coldest temperatures around this time of the year ever, as I have been told by tourists and locals alike. Here are some impressions…
